Could you teach a class, or have a seminar about your experience as a fashion illustrator and your experience in the fashion business?
Me:

Most definitely! It’s something i want to do, but i still feel that i have many things to learn and accomplish before i start speaking at seminars and offer advice :-)

If an artist imitated your style but with different designs would you be angry?
Me:

I don’t get angry! I think it can be a positive thing if someone that admires my work is inspired by it and wants to learn from some of the techniques i use etc. As long as i am credited as inspiration, then that is fine! It’s people that blatantly/directly copy my style without ever mentioning me as a source of inspiration that i find disrespectful. Over the years, i have always been very vocal in my interviews about who has influenced my work. It’s just respect!

I really want to be a fashion designer, any tips on where to start?
Me:

Well, do you already sketch out designs? If so, you’re already off to a good start! Keep sketching consistently and continue to find your own style as a designer. Once you feel that you are ready, start looking into studying and applying to fashion design courses at college.

I really love your illustrations, they're so perfect! Do you have any tips on achieving kind of an own style of drawing? Because I feel that's what I'm struggling with most over the years I've practiced
Me:

Thank you! I think carving out a style that sets you apart eventually happens in it’s own time. The more you illustrate, the more you will notice certain quirks and details that only you can do!
