I am in love with your work ! But i would like to know do you think its possible for someone to be taught how to draw like you?
Me:

Yes, i do! I think you could even teach yourself like i did! Just takes patience and focus. Make sure your priority is on your craft and pay attention to details.

Hayden, is there anywhere I could find your biography? I am currently doing a project on fashion illustration. Thank you :)
Me:

When i have my official site, there will be a biography, but for now, there are many interviews and articles online that you can find about me.

Hayden, I am an absolute huge fan and was wondering how you got your drawings to take off? Through social media? Also, what's some inspiring advice to an aspiring fashion illustrator like myself? Thank you! xx
Me:

I used social media productively & shared my vision online. By being consistently focused on my craft, i built up a following which then led to celebrities such as Rihanna, Oprah, Beyonce etc and being published in magazines. This all leads to many cool opportunities to come my way and i am very fortunate. Advice? Just create because you love it. Do it because it is a genuine passion, & when success comes, you will appreciate it.

What tips do you have on creating your own fashion illustrations
Me:

Just create what you love and what inspires you! It’s something that you are in control of and have the creative freedom to create whatever your heart desires. That is why i love fashion illustration….i get to share my vision the way i want to with the world.

When you do an illustration like the Miranda Priestly one with the black and white close up behind, how do you create that part? Did you just draw it by hand or is it a photo edit? x
Me:

It’s a photo edit detail that i add. It’s a way of adding a different dimension to my illustrations whilst also showcasing more detail.

My goal in life is to look like one of your illustrations x
Me:

I am flattered by that, however, i do want to remind people that my illustrations are just a fantasy and aren’t meant to be realistic. I don’t want people to aspire to look like a stylised illustration, but rather be inspired by the styling, personality and overall ‘fashion’ aspect of the sketch :-)
